Job Description

Catapult Sports is seeking a highly skilled Director, Revenue Operations to drive revenue growth through process optimisation and innovation. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end sales processes, leading the implementation of technologies to enhance salesforce efficiency, and managing the Deal Desk process with Finance and Operations.

Target Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimise deal execution by introducing streamlined processes and leveraging automation.
  • Develop actionable insights aimed at boosting revenue.
  • Foster effective communication of operational changes to the Sales team.
  • Continuously review and implement technologies to enhance salesforce efficiency.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales and business operations experience or directly relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to lead a high-performing revenue operations team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success in optimising revenue processes and driving business growth.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Hubspot, and NetSuite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and manage project status across teams.
