Job Title: Senior Technical Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Product Manager to lead our product development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, analyzing existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement, and creating detailed documentation to communicate requirements to development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed documentation to communicate requirements to development teams
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Communicate effectively to ensure that both sides understand each other's needs and constraints
  • Analyze data to derive insights and support decision making processes
  • Assist in the implementation of changes by providing support, training, and documentation to end users
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with proposed solutions
  • Evaluate the impact of changes on existing systems and processes
  • Seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to existing systems and processes
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Collaborate with testing teams to develop test plans and ensure that solutions meet specified requirements
  • Participate in testing activities to validate the delivered product
  • Evaluate and interpret complex data and information
  • Apply understanding business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Utilize technical tools and platforms relevant to the industry
  • Work with databases, data modelling, and business intelligence tools
  • Propose innovative solutions to meet business objectives
  • Utilize project management methodologies
  • Adapt to changes in project scope or requirements
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams
  • Work with developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering
  • 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation
