About F45 Training:
F45 Training is a revolutionary fitness facility that emphasizes teamwork and functional training. Our unique approach ensures that no two workouts are ever the same, creating an engaging and motivating environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 45-minute group training sessions alongside fellow trainers.
  • Welcome and check-in members, fostering a supportive and motivational atmosphere.
  • Guide participants through F45 workouts, demonstrating proper techniques and providing modifications based on individual needs.
  • Manage up to 15 classes weekly, ensuring a high-energy experience for all attendees.
  • Prepare and organize equipment according to the class layout.
  • Assist members with inquiries and offer health and wellness advice while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the training studio and ensure proper equipment storage.
  • Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to classes to greet members and prepare for the sessions.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in personal training or group fitness.
