Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the technical execution of design projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead a multi-disciplined team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure project success.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater design, with a focus on wastewater treatment plant design.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and mentoring less experienced staff members.
  • Strong technical expertise in water and wastewater treatment, with a focus on design and project execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
