Position Overview:

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of retail experience. As Sales Associates, you will radiate positive energy and cultivate an environment of possibility for our customers.

You will embody our philosophy, values, and support our strategic goals. Demonstrating the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while providing exceptional customer service is essential. Utilize innovative technology and various distribution channels to enhance customer service. Responsibilities include merchandising tasks such as steaming, folding, and presenting products in line with Eileen Fisher's visual standards. Maintain a tidy and organized space through light cleaning duties (e.g., vacuuming, dusting, sweeping). Execute opening and closing procedures as required. Additional related tasks may be assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Retail or service industry experience is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience are required. An open-minded approach to engaging with our brand and styling oneself and customers is necessary. Candidates must be adaptable and responsive to business needs and strategic shifts. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 lbs., climb ladders, and perform tasks that involve bending and stooping. A flexible schedule is essential.
