Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our retail team at our Fashion Square location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising and store standards, and contributing to the overall success of our retail team.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a high level of visual merchandising and store standards, including displaying merchandise in an attractive and appealing manner, and ensuring that the sales floor is well-organized and easy to navigate.
- Merchandise Management: Keep the sales floor replenished, unpack and prepare merchandise as it arrives at the store, and ensure that merchandise is accurately priced and displayed.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide support and assistance as needed, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Experience: Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred, but not mandatory. What matters most is your passion for fashion and a knack for customer service.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for this role. An upbeat, high-energy demeanor and a great sense of style are also highly valued.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, is required.
