Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Patient Visit Specialist to join our team at Presbyterian Healthcare Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and follow orders entered into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) by clinicians.
  • Schedule return visits, lab, radiology, STAT, and ASAP appointments, as well as advanced imaging.
  • Obtain prior authorization/referral per payor protocols.
  • Validate patient MyChart access.
  • Print patient, Ob/Gyn, specialist, and healthcare information.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of EHR systems and healthcare protocols.
