Job Overview

Austin Surgeons PLLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PSR/Scheduler to join our team in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient demographic and financial information using a database system.
  • Collaborate with the business office to verify patient insurance and communicate payment responsibilities to patients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective communication with patients and staff.
  • Work closely with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient scheduling processes.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience as a Medical Receptionist or equivalent role.
  • Familiarity with Practice Management/EMR systems and medical terminology.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $21.00 per hour.
