Job Opportunity: National Sales Manager

Timpte Inc is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive national aftermarket sales growth. As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding market penetration and developing a dealer and OE network.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute tactical and strategic sales activities to drive growth.
  2. Travel extensively to meet with existing and new customers, maintaining market share and increasing market penetration.
  3. Analyze national sales data to inform business decisions and drive market share growth.
  4. Develop and implement special sales activities and programs to increase sales.
  5. Research and communicate new markets and product opportunities to senior management.
  6. Develop a deep understanding of competitors' product lines.
  7. Assist in the execution of marketing plans as required.
  8. Supervise and develop assigned sales staff.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of sales experience.
  2. Sales experience in related fields, including semi-trailer, equipment trailer, textile products, dry bulk commodity, or AG and marine related industry.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, etc.
  5. Ability to travel with overnight stays up to 50% of the time.
  6. Valid driver's license, insurable driving record, and reliable transportation.
