Job Title: Enterprise Sales Director for AI Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our AI solutions sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling AI and Machine Learning projects and services, with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their AI needs and highlight Lionbridge's cutting-edge AI solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market reach
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to craft customized solutions and ensure smooth delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with AI and Machine Learning industry trends and developments, incorporating market insights into sales strategies
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets in AI and Machine Learning
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex AI solutions to diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster trust and credibility with clients and internal teams
  • Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth in the AI sector
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales effectiveness
