Area Director of Sales Leadership

We are seeking an experienced Area Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive hotel revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding performance targets and maintaining costs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow sales volume and exceed budgeted revenues.
- Lead the sales team and motivate them to achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide quality service to customers and cultivate positive relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the hotel remains competitive.
- Manage the RFP process and develop business cases to respond to bids.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
