Job Description
As a Registered Nurse in our Clinical Transition Unit, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective nursing care to patients. This includes applying the nursing process, critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills, and leadership to independently deliver care. You will also collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes and provide communication, confidence, and professionalism as evidenced by active engagement in unit and organizational activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree from an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program. You will also need to demonstrate team work, adaptability, and serving as a resource to the patient care team. Additionally, you will be accountable for delivering quality nursing care services and promoting a positive image of nursing.
