Job Title: Principal Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead our Mechanical Engineering discipline in the Pacific Northwest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, business development, and project delivery expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to our Mechanical Engineering team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our Mechanical Engineering practice, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Lead project delivery teams, ensuring that projects are managed effectively, and that clients are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure that projects are delivered in a coordinated and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain technical standards and specifications, ensuring that they are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, with a strong background in project management and business development.
  • Professional Engineering license required.
  • Project Management Professional certification a plus.
  • LEED AP credential a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent business development and client relationship skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
