Job Overview

Tzumi Electronics is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional looking to grow their skills and advance their career in a fast-paced electronic accessories company.

About the Role

This position will support the sales department and its daily needs, working closely with our sales team to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work effectively under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products.
  • Assist in managing client relationships, including follow-up communications and email correspondence.
  • Participate in trade show functions, representing Tzumi Electronics and interacting with prospects, clients, affiliates, and press.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics, working closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar field, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Fluency in English, both speaking and writing (Spanish is a plus).
  • Superior communication skills, including excellent email correspondence and presentation abilities.
  • Proven strength in problem-solving and resourcefulness, with a desire to work hard and succeed.
