Office Administration Specialist

**Job Description**
The Administrative Support Assistant will perform diversified clerical duties related to the operational needs of the office/department. This includes:
- Typing various correspondence, reports, articles;
- Greeting and directing visitors;
- Answering telephones, taking messages, directing intercom pages;
**Responsibilities**
In addition to the above duties, the successful candidate will also be responsible for:
- Maintaining departmental files, records, and inventory;
- Taking meeting minutes;
- Collecting payments;
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
