The Administrative Support Assistant will perform a variety of tasks to support the operational needs of the office/department. These may include:
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations;
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries from patients, families, and staff members;
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, and ensuring accurate calendar management;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including patient files and medical records;
- Assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed;
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, required;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
