  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries from patients, families, and staff members;
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings, and ensuring accurate calendar management;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including patient files and medical records;
  • Assisting with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed;

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required;
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, required;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
