The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and other events.
- Managing office inventory and ordering supplies.
- Performing diversified secretarial duties, including typing correspondence, taking meeting minutes, and maintaining files and filing systems.
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, family members, and visitors.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior clerical experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
