Job Overview

At Level 10 Construction, we seek an exceptional Healthcare Project Manager to lead our projects with expertise and passion.

Salary

$95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a seasoned project manager to plan, organize, and control all resources for the successful execution of healthcare projects.
  • The successful candidate will supervise a team of skilled professionals who support departmental and organizational goals through their efforts.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Setting safety, quality, schedule, cost, and owner relationship goals.
  • Providing input and supervising all pre-construction services such as purchase orders, subcontracts, schedules, job cost set-up, bid packages, and project pre-planning.
  • Working closely with the VP of Operations to obtain personnel resources required to properly staff the project.
  • Maintaining detailed knowledge of project scope and reviewing project proposal or plans to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
  • Managing financial aspects of contracts and ensuring regular margin analysis is completed.
  • Developing baseline project schedules with assistance from the Superintendent and/or VP of Operations.
  • Monitoring and reporting project cost and schedule performance, recommending corrective actions if needed.
  • Effectively managing the scope of work and possessing mastery of contract documents.
  • Proactively identifying changes in work scope and ensuring appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external project team members to reassess and amend the scope of work requirement and timeline.
  • Analyzing and resolving issues that have the potential to jeopardize the ability to meet agreed-upon deliverables.
  • Reviewing change orders for accuracy.
  • Reviewing and taking action on contractor pay requests and invoicing.
  • Ensuring adherence to insurance, safety, labor relations, EEO, and tax regulations.
  • Overseeing quality control and collaborating with the Safety Director to ensure safe working conditions and practices.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with key owners and architects.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • No less than 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Prolog or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Strong emphasis on fostering a safe working environment for all employees.
