Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of industrial and healthcare construction principles.

Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned projects, handling all aspects from planning to execution
  • Review and validate project estimates, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Participate in proposal meetings, developing comprehensive Scopes of Work
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  • Collaborate with field operations on site visits, ensuring seamless project progress
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare construction, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects
  • Both general contracting and owners representative experience considered
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of industry trends and standard processes
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
Benefits
