Position Overview:
A Salesperson plays a crucial role in guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing journey. This involves showcasing products, negotiating terms, and effectively communicating vehicle features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through a structured buying process, adhering to established sales protocols.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of vehicle features and specifications.
  • Demonstrate vehicle operations both in the showroom and during test drives.
  • Facilitate the delivery of new vehicles, ensuring customers are well-informed about operating features, warranties, and necessary documentation.
  • Implement a follow-up system to foster repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a prospecting strategy, including outreach to potential customers via calls and emails.
  • Uphold the values of quality and integrity in all interactions.
  • Successfully close sales transactions.

General Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to punctuality and professionalism standards.
  • Maintain a respectful demeanor towards customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Experience in sales and customer service is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Background in automotive sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with new vehicle technologies and mechanical functions.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with automotive software is preferred.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
