About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead our sales team at Brinson Auto Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
    • Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure team members are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service
  • Sales Performance and Analysis
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales processes and customer experiences
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the sales process
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Inventory Management and Control
    • Manage and control inventory levels to ensure that the right products are available to meet customer demand
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that inventory is accurately tracked and managed
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that business growth initiatives are aligned with company goals and objectives
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
      • Prior sales leadership experience in the automotive industry required
    • Skills and Qualifications
      • Excellent communication and customer service skills
      • Strong leadership and team management skills
      • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
      • Strong understanding of inventory control and management
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
      • Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
      Working Conditions

The Sales Director will work indoors and outdoors, and will be required to travel to various locations as needed.
