We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead our sales team at Brinson Auto Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure team members are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service
- Sales Performance and Analysis
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales processes and customer experiences
- Customer Service and Experience
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and support throughout the sales process
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
- Inventory Management and Control
- Manage and control inventory levels to ensure that the right products are available to meet customer demand
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that inventory is accurately tracked and managed
- Business Development and Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that business growth initiatives are aligned with company goals and objectives
- Education and Experience
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior sales leadership experience in the automotive industry required
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Strong understanding of inventory control and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
The Sales Director will work indoors and outdoors, and will be required to travel to various locations as needed.
