Job Description

At Allied Universal Janitorial Services, we're committed to delivering exceptional cleaning, landscaping, and restoration services for commercial facilities. We're seeking a highly skilled Division Support Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service to Mall/Site Management, ensuring timely and courteous responses to meet customer needs.
  • Hire, train, and supervise janitorial staff, addressing complaints and resolving issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Ensure all deliverables to customers are completed in a timely and professional manner, conducting daily walk-around inspections and following up with customers to address any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and implement measures to resolve deficiencies, ensuring worksites follow all State and Federal Guidelines as well as all Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Process payroll to meet pay deadlines, ensuring all payroll processes are compliant with company policy as well as FLSA Guidelines, including but not limited to overtime regulations.
  • Responsible for inventory control, including but not limited to counting, tracking, and ordering supplies.
  • Update and maintain Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) Program, employee work schedules, employee files to include attendance, performance, training, and miscellaneous documentation.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of janitorial management experience.
  • Excellent written and oral interpersonal communication skills, able to effectively influence others through positive, proactive communication skills.
  • High personal standards of integrity, able to handle highly sensitive matters.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write the English language fluently.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Basic math proficiency, ability to read, interpret, and manage budget.
  • Proficiency in computer use (Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, e-mail, internet, etc.), able to manage the hiring process using computer technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish and/or Polish languages.
