Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced engineer to deliver comprehensive planning and design services while overseeing team operations on a diverse array of projects.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, assess, and ensure the successful completion of site plans
  • Participate in local municipal meetings and provide expert testimony as needed
  • Draft technical specifications for projects
  • Engage with clients to provide support and collaboration
  • Generate detailed cost estimates
  • Supervise and manage the activities of the design team
  • Administer public bidding processes
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies externally
  • Evaluate and test septic systems and soil conditions

Qualifications:

Preferred Skills:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in municipal/site/civil land development
  • Demonstrated experience in providing expert testimony
  • Possession of a New Jersey Professional Engineering (P.E.) license
  • Pennsylvania P.E. license is advantageous
  • NJ CME certification is preferred
  • Thorough understanding of local, county, and state land use regulations and standards
  • Expertise in site grading design, stormwater management, and hydraulic/hydrologic analysis
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Experience in preparing technical specifications, cost estimates, and managing public bids
  • Familiarity with external coordination with regulatory bodies

Essential Qualifications:
