Job Summary

The Records Manager will oversee the operational and strategic records and information management services at an Epiq client, focusing on achieving service level agreements and exceeding client expectations. This role ensures the client receives optimal service in support of receipt, arrangement, storage, preservation, destruction, and safeguarding of client and administrative records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement records management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the records management system, including data migration, indexing, and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their records management needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide training and support to clients on records management best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with records management policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with records management services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in records management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in records management, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Familiarity with records management systems, such as FileTrail, iManage Records Manager, and Autonomy Records Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $72,996 to $87,595 per hour, and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation will be dependent on individual location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
