Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Food and Beverages: Timely delivery of food and beverages to guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Clear and Reset Tables: Clear tables of dirty dishes, glasses, and utensils, and reset them for new guests in accordance with venue standards.
  • Anticipate Guest Needs: Monitor tables to assess guests' needs and anticipate and respond to guest requests in a timely and pleasant manner.
  • Restock and Clean Stations: Restock and clean assigned stations at the end of shift to ensure they are ready for the start of the next shift in accordance with Department of Health standards.
  • Attend Pre-Shift Meetings: Attend pre-shift meetings to receive important information and updates from management.
  • Participate as a Team Member: Participate as a team member with all servers, venue hosts, supervisors, and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-6 Months of Experience: 0-6 months of experience in a food service or related industry.
  • Outgoing and Enthusiastic Attitude: Must have an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Must be able to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Ability to Listen and Respond to Visual and Aural Cues: Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Knowledge of Hotel/Casino Industry: Knowledge of the hotel/casino industry is a plus.
Working Conditions
  • Climbing Heights: Climbing up heights in excess of 10 feet.
  • Lifting/Moving: Lifting/moving maximum of 50 lbs.
  • Pushing, Pulling, Reaching, Bending, Twisting, Stooping, Stacking, Crouching, Kneeling, and Balancing: Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
