The Commitment House LLC is a leading provider of substance abuse treatment services in Kentucky. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Substance Abuse Treatment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality individual and group services to clients with substance abuse disorders and various presenting problems.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Job Description:**

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Substance Abuse Treatment Specialist to provide comprehensive treatment services to clients with substance abuse disorders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting client intakes, screenings, and referral services, as well as providing individual and group services in a Residential, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct client intakes, screenings, and referral services.
* Provide individual and group services for clients with substance abuse disorders and various presenting problems in a Residential, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient setting.
* Participate in regular treatment team meetings.
* Prepare treatment plans, write SMART goals, and objectives.
* Complete initial and concurrent ASAM reviews.
* Complete all clinical documentation in accordance with agency documentation timeframe policy.

Requirements:
* A minimum of a master's degree in a human service-related field.
* Licensure to provide substance abuse and/or mental health services in the state of Kentucky.
* At least 2 years' experience in providing substance use disorder services.
