We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Counselor to join our team at NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges.
Job DescriptionThis position involves providing counseling services to individuals and/or families using multiple forms of therapeutic approaches. As a Therapeutic Counselor, you will work with clients to address issues such as depression, addiction/substance abuse, stress, and problems with self-esteem. You will also help with job and vocational concerns or parenting as needed.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in a Human Services field.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- LICSW or similar licensure required.
