Community Support Specialist

As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in their journey towards independent living. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized service plans, providing guidance and support in areas such as budgeting, nutrition, and conflict resolution.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with mental illness, substance abuse, and homelessness, and will be able to provide empathetic and supportive guidance. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required for this position, as driving between work sites and transporting clients is an essential part of the job.
