This role is responsible for leading the recruitment efforts of the Oklahoma Blood Institute, a leading blood center in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet the institute's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement recruitment plans that align with the institute's goals and initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners to promote the institute's mission and services
- Provide leadership and coaching to recruitment staff to ensure effective team building and goal achievement
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the institute's services and programs to effectively communicate with donors and the community
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient mobile collections and effective use of resources
- Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years directly related work experience with a blood center
- Public speaking/presentation experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
