About the Role:
Rowan University is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Physician Assistant Recruitment to join our Admissions team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract top candidates to our Physician Assistant Program.

**Responsibilities include:**
* Developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with program objectives
* Analyzing data to inform recruitment strategies and optimize results
* Presenting at recruiting events and engaging with prospective students

Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Higher Education, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or marketing
* Strong understanding of the PA profession and educational requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
