About the Role

Oriol Home Health Inc is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Per Diem Home Health RN. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while enjoying the flexibility to choose your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct In-Home Patient Assessments: Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide Direct Nursing Care: Administer wound care, medication, and chronic disease management to patients in their homes.
  • Educate and Empower Patients: Teach patients and their families about health management and self-care practices to promote independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Document and Report: Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with regulations.
Requirements
  • Licensed RN: Current and unrestricted RN license in MA.
  • Preferred Experience: At least 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health. Willingness to train the right candidate.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work independently and adapt to varying patient needs and schedules.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and their families.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
