Position Overview

Oriol Home Health Inc is seeking Certified Home Health Aides and CNAs to deliver tailored support to elderly clients in various communities. This position emphasizes professional development, adaptable work hours, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and their families.

Compensation: $22 - $25 per hour

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English is essential.
  • A criminal background check is required.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance is mandatory.
  • Must meet one of the following educational criteria:
    • Completion of a certified home health aide training program.
    • Completion of a state-approved nurse aide training program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform HHA tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support.
  • Provide assistance with therapeutic treatments.
  • Encourage independence, mental alertness, and emotional well-being among clients.
  • Build trust with clients and promptly report any changes in their condition.
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions and confirm weekly visit schedules.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
