Position Overview

Oriol Home Health Inc is actively seeking Certified Home Health Aides and CNAs to deliver tailored assistance to elderly clients in the surrounding regions. Compensation: $22 - $25 per hour

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an HHA or CNA.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English is essential.
  • A criminal background check is mandatory.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance is required.
  • Must meet one of the following qualifications:
    • Completion of a certified home health aide training program.
    • Completion of a nurse aide training program that meets state requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform HHA tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support.
  • Support clients with therapeutic treatments and exercises.
  • Encourage independence, mental clarity, and emotional well-being.
  • Build trust with clients and promptly report any changes in their condition.
  • Participate in required training sessions and confirm weekly visit schedules.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
