Key Responsibilities

  • Follow directives from the designated team leader.
  • Work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Achieve or surpass established productivity standards.
  • Maintain or exceed quality benchmarks for products.
  • Assist in the unloading of shipments and verification of received goods.
  • Prepare orders by gathering materials, constructing boxes, packing items, labeling, and organizing for delivery.
  • Sort and arrange materials on racks, shelves, or pallets.
  • Support various departments within LiveTrends as needed.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the greenhouse, warehouse, lunchroom, and restrooms.
  • Exhibit the ability to stand or walk for extended durations.
  • Demonstrate the capability to climb or balance as required.
  • Exhibit flexibility in bending or twisting movements.
  • Lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Adhere to workplace cleanliness standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Contribute positively to team dynamics by embodying our core values.
Work Schedule

  • Standard hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday (Mount Dora)
  • Standard hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday (Apopka)
  • Standard hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday (Umatilla)
  • Work hours may extend based on workload requirements.
