Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow directives from the assigned crew leader.
  • Work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Meet or surpass standard productivity expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to product quality standards.
  • Assist in shipping and receiving operations, including unloading trucks and verifying merchandise.
  • Prepare orders by gathering materials, constructing boxes, packing items, labeling, and organizing for delivery.
  • Sort and stack materials on racks, shelves, or pallets.
  • Support other departments as needed.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
  • Stand or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Practice workplace housekeeping.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.
  • Contribute to team efforts by embodying our core values.

Work Hours:
Normal work hours vary by location, typically from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be required based on workload.
