Key Responsibilities:
- Follow directives from the assigned crew leader.
- Work independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Meet or surpass standard productivity expectations.
- Ensure adherence to product quality standards.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations, including unloading trucks and verifying merchandise.
- Prepare orders by gathering materials, constructing boxes, packing items, labeling, and organizing for delivery.
- Sort and stack materials on racks, shelves, or pallets.
- Support other departments as needed.
- Participate in physical inventory counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
- Stand or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Practice workplace housekeeping.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
- Contribute to team efforts by embodying our core values.
Work Hours:
Normal work hours vary by location, typically from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be required based on workload.
