Job Overview:
Summary: Oversees catering staff schedules, prepares and serves food at events under the guidance of the Catering Director, and may deliver food and beverages to catered events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assesses workload requirements based on catering orders
- Engages with clients and addresses concerns
- Guides staff on performance expectations
- Ensures proper food presentation and maintenance of serving temperatures
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of equipment
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
A valid driver's license may be necessary. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit as per state regulations.
