Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training solutions to meet business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training opportunities and design effective solutions
- Provide instruction, facilitation, and presentations to support employee development
- Administer and manage systems for supporting training, development, and education
- Establish and apply standards for workforce development procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of applicable experience or Master's degree with no more than 3 years of applicable experience
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels
- Ability to be agile and adapt to dynamic business environment
