Job Summary

Micron Technology is seeking a skilled Workforce Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and the organization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training opportunities and develop solutions
  • Design and implement learning and development processes and systems
  • Provide consultation and expertise to employees and leaders on workforce development
  • Support the development and maintenance of Workforce Development programs
  • Participate in projects and provide support for needs analysis, project definition, and execution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of applicable experience, or a Master's degree with no more than 3 years of applicable experience
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels
  • The ability to be agile and adapt to a dynamic business environment
  • Experience with regional/global or cross-cultural project management is highly advantageous
