Behavior Analyst - New Story School

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team at New Story School in Indiana, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for students with autism or emotional/behavioral disorders.
  • Lead a treatment team responsible for therapeutic skills acquisition and behavior modification protocols.
  • Assess initial and ongoing behavioral strengths and needs of students, revising and overseeing the implementation of student behavior plans as necessary.
  • Collect and graph behavior data recorded by school staff for analysis in Positive Behavior Support Plan effectiveness.
