  • Mentor aspiring behavior analysts and current technician teams, and collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Set the bar high with your adherence to BACB professional and ethical standards
  • Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • Master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification
  • Proficiency with Behavioral Assessments and Intervention Plans
  • Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
