We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team at New Story School in Indiana, PA.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation of therapeutic skills acquisition and behavior modification protocols as a member of a treatment team.
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior plans for assigned students, monitoring progress and delivering behavioral consultation as indicated in the Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
- Assess initial and ongoing behavioral strengths and needs of students, revising and implementing student behavior plans as necessary.
- Develop and implement systems of data collection for staff to support interventions and change.
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
- Experience in special education and behavior analysis.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
