The Role

We are seeking a talented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of ABA therapy and making a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to help them grow and develop in their careers.
  • Analyze data to inform and adjust treatment strategies, ensuring that our clients receive the most effective care possible.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Qualifications
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA.
  • Passionate about helping individuals with autism and related disorders.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local area.
  • Must reside in Indiana.
