Nurse Practitioner II

The Nurse Practitioner is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including history taking and physical examinations, to identify health needs and develop effective care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve quality indicators.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences, cultural and spiritual needs, and health status.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.
- Participate in performance improvement activities, contributing to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.
- Current RN licensure in California and NP certification from a recognized organization.
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on women's health or family practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Bilingual (Cantonese) QBS Level II required.
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting, with a focus on obstetrics and gynecology or family practice.
