Job Summary:

GCR Professional Services is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support recent contract awards and anticipated programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and experience working with the US Government or prime contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of multiple programs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to Military standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, using tools like MS Project to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with CDRL & SDRL requirements, and maintain thorough understanding of Military standards and their practical application.
  • Provide exceptional written and oral communication skills to effectively convey project status and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • US Citizenship
  • At least two years' experience as a Program Manager on a Military/Defense related program
  • Engineering background/degree in mechanical or electrical discipline
  • Proficient with MS Project
  • Thorough understanding of Military standards and their practical application
  • Outstanding communicator, both written and orally
  • Experience with CDRL & SDRL
