Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will support the operational business needs by communicating with and addressing all customer needs and inquiries as well as partnering with field employees and management and completing all applicable administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with field employees and management to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data entry.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Valid driver's license required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Completed college coursework in a related field.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift/move up to 20 pounds frequently.
