Job Overview

The National 5G Solutions Consultant consults with prospective clients to conceptualize and articulate the 5G Value Proposition, IT Vision, Transformation Strategy, and business cases to achieve desired business objectives. They work closely with our Strategic, Enterprise, and Government sales teams on large multi-year deals of at least $30M with current and prospective clients. Our consultant will provide expertise as a visionary with technical, sales, consulting, and business analysis background, and experience working with C-Level Executives.

This role is ideal for talented professionals who excel in building industry relationships, defining strategy for client penetration, and proposing innovative approaches and partnerships to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Cross-functionally works with Sales, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and other Teams to turn strategy, solutions, and requirements into action plans to build, close, and launch customer T-Mobile 5G and Telecom Solutions.
  • Assists in deal qualification by leveraging market/industry knowledge and technology trends, providing thought leadership, and participating in early deal pursuit and account planning, focusing on multi-year, large deals of at least $30M.
  • Presents technical and business aspects of proposed solutions to various audiences, coordinating the preparation of RFPs, RFQs, and proposals.
  • Develops internal and external relationships, identifies new opportunities, and creates strategies resulting in new business for T-Mobile.
  • Funnel management, reporting, and sales forecasting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or General (Required)
  • Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
  • More than 10 years of experience in sales, consulting, and/or transformation initiatives (Required)
  • 2-4 years of experience leading large multi-year deals of at least $30M (Required)
