- We are constantly pushing the boundaries of repairs, refurbishments, and micro-soldering.
We are looking for capable technicians with knowledge of basic phone and computer repairs, including LCD/Battery/Ports/Diagnostics. You must also be customer service-oriented, willing to communicate effectively with people, and able to learn and adapt to new situations.
Responsibilities- Hand-solder SMT components.
- Remove components, such as Audio IC, Charging IC, and Touch IC, without damaging the board.
- Micro-soldering with a microscope for data recovery on water-damaged boards.
- Identify issues, document them, and provide solutions.
- Preferred: remove and replace SMT components without damage.
- Read schematics to diagnose issues on cell phone boards or laptops.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Experience with software (Windows and Mac Platforms).
- Experience dealing with hardware issues, including diagnosis and repair, screen LCD replacement, charging port, batteries, power button, volume buttons, no image liquid damage, and data recovery.
- Ability to disassemble and assemble all Smartphones, Computers, Laptops, Tablets, and Game Consoles.
- Experience dealing with Mobile Devices Hardware, including removing and replacing screens, digitizers, charging ports, motherboards, and similar components on phones and tablets.
- Experience in micro-soldering IC chips, reading schematics/diagrams (a plus).
