Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile device repair and maintenance
  • Apple certification and experience with iPhone and iPad repairs
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
