Job Description

The Program Launch Coordinator will be responsible for leading the launch and production activities of new manufacturing plants. This role will ensure that all necessary approvals, reviews, and validations are completed to meet quality and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage plant activity timelines to meet customer deliverables
  • Lead the pre-build planning meeting with the Cross Functional Team (CFT) to ensure each build is properly supported
  • Track all processes from work order creation to shipment
  • Identify and schedule manage build through plant processes
  • Follow up on process requirements and shipment process
  • Lead change management meetings with the CFT to ensure each change has an implementation schedule
  • Support customer change management meetings
  • Manage plant activity to meet internal deliverables
  • Align with program manager's gate schedule and lead plant preparation
Requirements
  • 5 years of related program management work experience with high-volume, precision assembly processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy with both personal computers and manufacturing systems
  • Willingness to support the corporate culture with an absolute focus on ethics and fairness
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related area
  • Work experience within the automotive industry, with emphasis in high power electronic or electronic devices
  • Knowledge of EV components such as inverters, power modules, or control modules
Skills and Abilities

  • Be able to perform duties utilizing current company software applications
