Position: Senior Accounting Analyst, AMC Controllership
The Senior Accounting Analyst is an essential contributor to the AMC Controllership team.

This prominent role collaborates with various business units and key stakeholders to oversee financial reporting, compliance, SOX regulations, and audits, supporting Regal Rexnord's ongoing expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate internal control mechanisms to guarantee adherence to US GAAP, statutory requirements, and Regal Rexnord's accounting standards.
  • Coordinate the provision of information requested by both external and internal auditors.
  • Assist in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, focusing on the preparation and evaluation of specific balance sheet and income statement accounts at the AMC segment level.
  • Prepare various journal entries and reconciliations for month-end close.
  • Support the implementation of new accounting and compliance protocols.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of balance sheets within the AMC segment.
  • Work alongside segment and finance teams to enhance and streamline processes across AMC.
  • Utilize analytical skills and system expertise to manage and interpret large data sets.

Effectively communicate with all organizational levels to ensure clarity regarding expectations, timelines, and financial deliverables.

Engage in various ad hoc projects and analyses to support the AMC Segment.

Continuous Improvement:

Participate in initiatives aimed at continuous improvement, demonstrating the application of the 80/20 principle to achieve measurable enhancements in processes that align with the AMC segment's strategic objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 3 years of financial experience is required; experience in global manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Oracle/SAP ERP systems, Hyperion, BI, OneStream, or other consolidation and reporting tools is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment is crucial.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize a diverse range of responsibilities.
Travel Requirements:

As Regal Rexnord operates globally, some travel to other company locations may be necessary, estimated at 10%.
